Signs To Know When Driving In Okinawa

Since we have arrive in the island we have been told to watch for these sign on cars as each one of them mean something different.  This one above I still have yet to find out what it means, but I still had to share it!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
This green and yellow arrow pointing down means that the driver has less than a year driving experience and that if I were to get in an accident with a car that has this sign, I would be at-fault! I told Dustin when we were taking our driving test that we might have to buy one, but were told that we were considered "experienced drivers" because we had already a license from another country.
-----------------------------------------------------------
This orange and yellow, drop shape one means that the driver is older. . . . . . how can I put this lightly mmmmmmmm  . . . . . . someone in the third age . . . . older than me . . . . . . something like if my grandma or grandpa would use if they were driving :-) and if in an accident, I too would be at fault! Both, Dustin and I, think that these sign need to be used in the US because it would probably prevent a few accidents on the roads :)
---------------------------------------------------------
And as many of you know, in Japan most of the buildings here are built going up instead of going to the sides because land is precious here.  Well cargo space on trucks is also limited. I just love this tiny trucks!  I keep telling Dustin that those are my size of truck I can drive!
----------------------------------------------------------
